I was going to use this to make a Chocolate Cherry Rum Stout with Vanilla. I have all the ingredients to make 10 gallons of that beer (minus the grain and chocolate). That includes super high quality vanilla beans, 2 cans of sterilized cherry, 4 bottles of sterilized cherry juice. If someone is interested I would throw all that stuff in with the barrel (but you would need to pay shipping).
