I have a sasion braggot recepie as below. What do you think about adding 100-150 grams of melonoid malt ? How can it contribute/change the taste?
I say go for it. Won’t hurt anything. You could get to more or less to the same place by upping the proportion of Munich, say to 15-20% or so. Toasty, biscuity goodness.
