BJCP 2008 Style Guidelines - Category 09
According to bjcp for OG its:
60: 1.030-1.035
70: 1.035-1.040
80: 1.040-1.054
They don't address a 90/-, but I suppose it would be 1.054-1.070 (1.070 being the beginning of strong scotch ale)

can someone describe what makes these scottish ales unique? what do they taste like? I'm dying to try one and tempted to make a batch just to see.......
