Does anyone know where I can purchase boxes for 220z bottles?

Ask around at your local liqour store. Those 22oz Buds and Millers that they sell by the singles come in nice boxes.

Thats where I go to get my beer bottle boxes and when I have to move. Neighbors must think I am an alcoholic.

Bingo! Scored boxes from the LHBS, they sell beers there, too and have lots of boxes.
