How much bourbon to add. I have oak cubes soaking in 6 oz of bourbon for the past 3weeks. Shall I add everything to secondary or just the cubes?

Depends on how much bourbon flavor you want. 6 oz will be quite noticeable. I have a stout with 8 oz of bourbon. Denny Conn's Bourbon Porter recipe uses about 13.5oz of bourbon. Keep in mind too, if you make it really dark with a lot of roasted malts and use other flavorful malts, 6oz won't be as noticeable as in a lighter beer.
