I was at a brewery called "Funky Buddha" the other day and they had a bourbon barrel aged raspberry imperial stout.... and I need to clone this! It's 10.5% alcohol and it had a very detectable bourbon/boozy taste but it was so good!
Anyone know of a recipe? Or maybe other breweries that make something similar to this? Maybe I could find a raspberry RIS recipe and age it on bourbon-soaked oak cubes.
