Hey everyone new to the forum and the community. My experience with home brew is minimal as I have done some Mr Brew brews in the past. Now with a heavy work load, 4 kids, and a beautiful wife my schedule is packed. I am very interested in hard ciders and meads. I currently have 4 basic hard ciders going and I look forward to expanding my knowledge and growing in this process. Thanks for the wealth of knowledge!
