I am brewing my first batch of midwest supplies irish red.

I just got done bottling with the priming sugar. Do I store the capped beer in my room that is 64 degrees F or do I store them in the fridge to carbonate?

Thank you!

Store them warm 64 will work 70 would be even better.

Look at the yeast package. Even though you're not fermenting anymore the suspended yeast will eat the priming sugars to create co2. But I would still say 64-70 would be good!
