I'm not sure which one of the forums I read this on....

The idea of using the dishwasher door for a place to set the bottles as they are filled SIMPLY ROCKS!

I bottled my Fat Tuesday Stout last night. I put the bucket on the counter over the dishwasher, opened the door, and lined up the bottles..

Yeah, I'm stupid when it comes to siphoning. So the overflow and spillage didn't end up on the floor. I rinsed it into the washer with a couple of cups of water, closed the door, and I was done!

Thanks for a great idea!

I line all my bottles up on the floor, under the bottling bucket which is set on the counter. The bottles them selves are lined up on a Towel to make clean up that much easier.

Great info....I also attach my bottle filler directly to the spigot with a 2" piece of hose. Much easier than messing around with a long floppy hose.

RL, I used to fly fish in the Woodstock/Lincoln/Franconia area. Nice 6"-10" long brookies all day long. Awesome.
