When bottling a small 2 gallon batch, can you fill all the bottles and then cap or must you cap each bottle after you fill?

Thanks!

Either way...don't forget to sanitize the bottle caps! Went through a whole bottling session once and forgot to sanitize...took them right out of the bag. Did not taste any negative side effects...but I certainly didn't do myself any favors...haha.

Cheers!

I usually did just like the above statements

Just give yourself enough room so you don't accidentally knock one over and start a domino effect

Ugh, this . Not only do you lose beer but you likely make a ruckus of crashing glass bottles usually at the worst time like when your wife and baby are trying to sleep lol

Then when you’re trying to grab the one that’s about to fall, you knock over another

So cap them every few bottles just in case
