Bottling Hoppy Beers

I’ve been trying to bottle my hoppy IPAs and they always seem to lose their strong pungent hoppiness within a week or two. Does anyone have any tips to maximize hoppy beer shelf life? Specifically I’m trying for New England style IPAs. I was thinking about purging bottles with CO2 to minimize oxidation.

Are you bottle conditioning or bottling from kegs?
