I usually just keg, but I've got some Belgians coming up that I'd prefer to keep in bottles for the long term. Will these bottles stand up to 3 volumes:

If it matters, the beers will be force-carbed in the keg and bottled, not bottle-conditioned.
Alternatively, have any of you used these:

Cost aside, how easy are these to work with? I realize that they require corking equipment and are expensive, but is the process straightforward or is it a PITA?
