Okay, so in about a week I am ready to bottle. My brew is fermenting in a 6gal glass carboy. I have a True Brew Racking Kit....
Now on my first batch we poured from the glass carboy to the fermenting bucket and filtered it along the way (after adding priming sugar), then bottled from there, using the spigot and bottle filler attachment.... But this really stirred up the yeast and stuff.
This go round I have some corn sugar to add and I have dry hopped this batch....so I am trying to see the best way to bottle this keeping a lot of the trash out... any tips??
Thanks guys!
