Yeah, the avinator & bottle tree or fastrack keep the bottles in about a 2 square foot space & make sanitizing faster & easier. Definitely money well spent.

i stepped up my bottle sanitiaton regimen after noticing a number of my earlier batches had a few bad bottles. Here is what I do for every bottle I drink - commercial w/ label and already de-labeled bottles
