So I haven't been brewing in quite a while. And completely forgot about a cider that's been sitting in primary since October. Looks good, smells good. Worth bottling? If so, should I add some yeast to the bottling bucket with my priming sugar, or should there be enough left in the batch to carbonate?

I too would bottle it and just be extra aware of how they behave in case of an odd infection (thinking of airlocks going dry or a small crack in a seal). Risk is probably low but I'm not an expert (I do test the limits on shoddy equipment and laziness often).

I personally would monitor and sample them regularly to catch any odd developments, prepared to put some in the fridge or use/dump quickly if i have concerns (unlikely). I see people leaving ciders 6 months plus, I aim for 2-3 just out of impatience and lack of trust in my setup.
