Ok. I keep reading different things. Here's what I did with a Boston Lager clone.
Primary for 10 days
Secondary for about 21 days
Bottled and primed with corn sugar and holding at 68 degrees.
In 2 weeks I plan on gradually bringing it down to about 34 degree over a few weeks.
I know people talk about lagering for months but I also hear it's not necessary and I honestly don't have the room.
Biggest question is do I let them carb at room temperature or lower?
If at room temperature how long before I lower temp.
Until this is done I can't brew and I'm getting antsy.
