so, after much thought about trying to bottle from kegs, i thought of this idea. since i dont force carb, i use priming sugar, would i be able to use my auto siphon and bottle want do bottle from my open keg before i seal it?

i keg with half the recommended sugar, i see this being a problem with the bottled ones.

Since you'd be using 1/2 the priming sugar, I don't think you'd have good results. What I did when I wanted to bottle 12 bottles and keg 5 gallons was to prime the whole batch with the "regular" amount of priming sugar, and then filled the bottles and then the keg, right from the bottling bucket with the bottling wand and hose. It worked fine- I didn't notice any overcarbing in the keg.
