i was just wondering about a few things a made my first batch of cider a few weeks ago let it ferment for two weeks what a now know is not long enough so a got a bit carried away in bottled it far too early so i have let it sit for four or five days and it cleared a little and i noticed a bit of sediment at the bottom of my bottles so till itching to see how it turned out a open one of the bottles this morning just to see how it tasted and a noticed when it fizzed up it kicked up the sediment and my cider went clouded again will over time the sediment harden up ? or will this happen with every bottle :drunk:

It will really depend on what yeast you have used. My sediment usually billows a little for about 10-14 days and then, you can pour almost the entire contents into a glass leaving the sediment stuck to the bottom of the bottle. You might give it some time and see if it settles out. Regardless, cloudy cider is still good cider. Clear cider is mostly just aesthetics.
