I am pretty new to HBing, and I recently bottled my first all grain IPA, which tasted phenomenal before priming and bottling on 11/29/13. I know it's not ready yet, but I was wondering approximately ho long till the bottles will be carbonated and fully matured? I used 3/4 cup dextrose mixed with 1 pint of water to make a simple syrup which I added to my beer in th bottling bucket.

1-2 weeks before drinkable. 3 weeks to be totally carbed.

Thx....I tasted one today just so I could understand more of th process, and it dint seem carbonated at all, and the taste wasn't as good either. I am keeping them in brown bottles in the darkness of my fermenting room at 68*ish.

They will be fine. Patience and time is the name of the game.
