So I just soaked and scrubbed out my bottles in warm water and Clorox. Scrubbed them good and rinsed good. When bott;ing would I still need to use Star San? Would it create any reactions?

One can generate chlorine gas mixing bleach with phosphoric acid. Bad juju.
That said if you rinsed out the bleach well there'll be nothing to react.

When I bottled I always rinsed bottles in Star San and filled them while wet.
May not be necessary in this case if the bottles were boxed or bagged after the bleach treatment, but if they were left sitting out and open to the air I'd do the Star San thing for sure...

Cheers!

I rinse my bottles after use. Rinse them again before sanitizing with Starsan, then I fill them. Only a problem with one bottle out of about 45-50 five gallon batches.

Use the Starsan.
