Bottle Dregs from NB Le Terroir

I have a bottle of 2015 Le Terroir from New Belgium, anyone have success pulling dregs from these?

I have a starter going attempting to grow dregs from the 2016 NB Transatlantique Kriek. I will update with progress.

No harm no foul. Now you can just get a bottle of something from the Mad Fermentationist’s list of harvestable bottle dregs, cold crash, drink, and dump into your starter.

Thanks... Yeah I'm aware of the process, just got lazy looking up whether each bottle had live microbes.

Last weekend I burned through a few mixed fermentation sours and now I have only 5 cultures going.
Planning to add them at bottling to my next sour brew... 2 bottles of each culture.

They used to. Now, they are cork and caging their non-pasteurized beers (source - sour hour interview with Lauren)
