So, some water from my priming sugar solution boiled off and I ended up with approximately 1.37 ounces of corn sugar per gallon. Are these puppies gonna blow? This batch was 12 gallons of cider and pasteurizing 120 bottles would be crazy.

I think you're ok. It's the same amount of sugar, which is the driver of bottle carbonation levels. Just more concentrated.
 
I have done several batches of cider and never had any show any real cosrbonation, even after putting in a crazy amount of sugar for backsweetening. I usually use an english cider yeast in primary 4 weeks, and believe the majority of the yeast floccs out and remains in the fermenter at bottling time.
 
The problem is that I made a solution of 8 cups of water with ~1 cup (20 ounces per my scale) of corn sugar. So, to each 4 gallon bucket of cider, for a total of five 4 gallon buckets(20 gallons), I planned on adding 2.5 cups of solution. After I added 2.5 cups to 3 of the buckets, I only had 1.5 cups of solution left. I think I only ended up with 9 cups of total solution, with a 3 cups of vapor boiling off the top when making the solution.

This is where I got my calculation of 1.37 ounces of corn sugar per gallon of cider.

Do you guys know if this is too much sugar?
 
Is it unheard of to have 1.37 ounce of corn sugar per gallon? When do ppl normally experience bottle bombs?
 
I think an ounce per gallon is a rule of thumb I've heard (I think that's what Yooper usually uses for bottle carbing). My gut tells me (I didn't run the numbers) that you'll be fine.
 
1.37oz per gallon is about 3.4 volumes CO2 according to the calc I use. It depends on the quality of bottles you used.
