While I've bottled many times out of the fermenter this is the first time I've bottled force carbonated beer. So far I've kept these at serving temp but I'm curious, is there any harm in letting them warm up for aging? Or just bringing with me to give to a friend.

I don't want to introduce any off flavors but I couldn't imagine what that would introduce.

I believe it is fluctuation that would be the problem biggest problem. Bottle from your beer gun, cap it, and store it. Chill when ready to drink.

This is what everyone does for competitions and exchanges.

I do this with no problems thus far.

The only warning I'd give you is that if you introduced any microbes during bottling, their effects will likely not be noticed if the beer is kept cold. Allowed to warm, they could take hold.
