I just got done brewing my first batch of beer, and have just moved it to 4-5L mini-kegs to condition.

Once the condition period is over, could I pour the beer from a mini-keg into bottles without doing anything special? Will it keep it's carbonation after sealing it with a bottle cap?

I want to bring in 12 for work to distribute, and think this would be the best way to do so.

Yes, after it's carbed and conditioned you can transfer it to bottles, cap, and done. Be sure to flush the bottles and headspace with co2 so you don't get oxygen in there.
