A friend is coming in town on July 14th. I brewed an all grain Sierra Nevada PA clone only 2.5 gallons on Sunday. Would it be ok to ferment 1 week then dryhop in primary for 1 week then bottle after only 2 weeks. That would give it at least 3 to 4 weeks in the bottle. I used Nottingham yeast last time and it was done fermenting after 3 days. I'm just trying to have ready by July 14th.
