You didn't enjoy it if you didn't drink it from a stange.

Quoted post made me realize that this glassware has one perfect purpose- drinking this beer! Hops and a strange come together. Finally got to try and really enjoyed it. Thanks.

I wonder if any stores I know of will have some available. I'm just looking for a few bottles to carry on my vertical.

Only getting 1 case of 12 16.9s apparently, but I'll hold a bottle for you. My distro didn't keep Sofie and Matilda in stock very well and InBev is punishing them. C'est la vie. If you want to drink some beers on Friday let me know.

Is it on tap anywhere in Northern Mass? caguiar said Acton. Anywhere else? Untappd doesn't say it's anywhere close

I forgot to mention, I opened one of those Raspberry Lineage Wheat things a few nights ago and was really impressed with it. It was better than Apricot Stonington. Anyone else get to try a bottle?

Yeah, we had one like the day after it was released I think. I liked it a lot, great nose, but the rest left a little to be desired - a little thin and acidic. We had one of ShawDeuce22's raspberry homebrews right after that frankly blew it out of the water. I thought Apricot Stonington was miles better - that was the biggest apricot fruit bomb I think I've ever had, though I would note that I apparently perceive apricot very strangely in beer, because I never get all that much out of Fou... But yeah, Apricot Stonington was a legit 5/5 for me. I'm not sure if there's just huge bottle variation in it, or what - my friend I opened the Apricot with had opened another one previously and said it was very different.

The amount of apricot in mine was a little lame. Fresh Fou Foune in recent years is like apricot juice then it just thins out and becomes very acidic. Stonington had a little sharp vinegar on the finish that I didn't like and apricot didn't seem dominant enough.

The Raspberry LW had a lot of fruit and jammy pie-like flavors. Not super vibrant like fresh RdG but something like a good batch of Coolship Red. Made it super drinkable for me.

Anyone know if the draught list on their site is current? Either way, I'll probably head over to take advantage of this.
