Downtown Liquors has (edit: liquor world HAD) LPG and LPK on the shelf right now. I was in Davis earlier and didn't stop in there. ( which didn't matter because I can't read) My brain hurts. (still true)​

**** I confuse them all the time. Yeah, liquor world. That actually makes it sting less.....but barely. I've never had either and would really enjoy seeing them in a store even at somewhat rapey prices.

The worst part of my **** up is that I was going to Uber over there to try and grab one. And I would have gone to the wrong store and been ten times more pissed.

They're gone.. buddy just checked in. Sigh. I've had LPG, although pretty wasted, and LPF, but never had LPK and really really wanna as Cantillon Kriek is basically my favorite beer of all time.

Will Gordon means well and is a nice guy, but man, he knows about 5% of what you should know to be a beer writer for a well-read internet site.

Yeah it seems like that is the case from the Drunkspins I've read but I like his style of writing even if I don't agree with his taste in beers sometimes. I've been loosely following this whole KBS /Stoddard's fiasco the past couple days. It's pretty entertaining in a soap opera kind of way.

There was another incident a few weeks back where people were twitter fighting with him that turned into a street fight invitation, too. I don't get why people get so heated about his opinions. They don't seem overly controversial.

Yeah, I like his writing too. He's just prone to making over the top statements about "wow this is probably the best beer X" and has had very little exposure to a lot of the beer out there, which I just find amusing.

The context I haven't seen from those links for why Gordon was more upset was that a guy had waited 2 hours for the beer to be tapped (or he was that guy?), then overheard the bartender's hipster nonsense about KBS sucking and implying that people that get all excited about it are losers. More or less a bullying thing.
