Bored and looking to brew, but what hops?

So I am going to brew sometime in the next 48 hours. I have the below.

2# Crisp Pale Malt
3# Briess Bavarian Wheat
12oz Crisp 45l
Will probably use WLP001

I have these hops and am trying to decide which way to go. Thoughts?

You can rarely go wrong with the Amarillo/Simcoe combo. Amarillo/Citra also play nicely, with a bit more tropical punch. You appear to have a large disparity in the amounts of hops you have compared to the amount of fermentables :mug:.

If you're feeling hoppy, I'd go Amarillo/Simcoe. If you're feeling European, drop some EKG/Fuggle/Hallertau instead. Lots of options to go with, here.
 
I just did an amarillo citra batch. I am thinking of trying to go with a mild profile. Something maybe more american aleish than wheat beerish, but I just dont know. Nothing that drinks "hoppy" something mild and balanced.

As far as fermentables, I have about 150# of base grains. This is just what I have decided to use for this batch.
