Tasting Notes
Very Citrus hop forward, no earthy tones, Hits of Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit.
Very Balanced with the right amount of bitterness,
with all the hops, many would consider this an IPA, but I still consider it a Pale Ale at 6% and 50 IBU (little under 50)

9 Lbs CMC 2-Row Brewers Malt 1.5-2.1L
3 Lbs Two Track Dakota Malt (Vienna/Munich) 2.4L
1 Lbs Flaked Wheat

Hop Schedule:
.55 oz Apollo 60 minutes
.5 oz Amarillo 2 minutes
.5 oz Citra 2 minutes
.5 Galaxy 2 minutes
1 oz Amarillo 0 minutes (flame out)
1 oz Citra 0 minutes (flame out)
1 oz Galaxy 0 minutes (flame out)
1.5 oz Amarillo 5 days
1.5 oz Citra 5 days
2.5 oz Galaxy 5 days

It's sweet, but not overly so. it's clean, great finish, great mouthfeel, I bottled 4 and kegged the rest. The bottles were ready in 2 weeks (conditioned at 70). The .55 oz of apollo stands up well to the rest of the hops and this beer delivered exactly what I was looking for.

Side note: total was 49.99 shipped for everything to my door next day from ritebrew (through speedee shipping)

I'll post up some pictures in a few days.. chilling the keg now.
