Plastic pail with "S" airlock has now popped the lid 3x after the first day of fermentation. Using big starter of 1272+ O2 in 1.060 @ 62F. Never had this problem before.

Anyone else need a blow-off tube in a pail?

Yes, lots of bucket fermentor users run blow-offs to get through the initial throes of fermentation...
