Hi all,

Trying to up my recipe-creation game and looking for good books (or a book) on ingredients. Something that gives an effective run-down on characteristics, nerdy facts, etc., on hops, malts, and yeasts.

Many thanks and happy brewing!

I'll add a few more.

https://www.amazon.com/New-IPA-Scientific-Guide-Flavor/dp/0578477866
Simply the most up-to-date information on brewing IPA's and dry-hopping.

If this doesn't inspire you to brew dark lagers, nothing will. Great source of German tradition.

A bit out-dated but very good coaching for recipe development. Bargain on used book sites.
