I have a propane burner for doing full 5 gallon boils.. I have finally dialed in in on how to use it most efficiently.. I am able to keep the flame on next to nothing with the boil going at a good rate.
But I live in somewhat of a windy area, and when the larger gusts hit it blows the flame pretty good and for the length of the gust, less than 3 seconds the boil actually cuts out for that brief time period... This only happens a couple times in the hour long boil, but does this cause issues at all?
