So i made a bock about 3 or so months and its sitting in the secondary now. During the first few months the temp was good the last couple of weeks the tempature has raised a little bit like maybe up to 65, it was in my garage where it is cooler. I'm about to bottle it tomorrow, My question is should i be worried that the tempature is not cool enough for a lager? Also i did put a few ice packs around it to try and cool it down, not on it just near it, So thoughts?
