I have limited experience developing my own recipes but I have an idea that I would love to get some feedback on. I Picked up 2 gallons of apple juice today at Costco and want to make a bochet graff. The recipe I came up with would be:
1.50 gallons AJ
1/4 lb bochet honey
1/4 lb dark DME boiled in 32 ounces water for 30 mins
1 gram each cascade and centennial added at start of boil
WY1968 (I just happen to have it on hand)
Top to 1.75 gallons w/ AJ
