I have limited experience developing my own recipes but I have an idea that I would love to get some feedback on. I Picked up 2 gallons of apple juice today at Costco and want to make a bochet graff. The recipe I came up with would be:

1.50 gallons AJ
1/4 lb bochet honey
1/4 lb dark DME boiled in 32 ounces water for 30 mins
1 gram each cascade and centennial added at start of boil
WY1968 (I just happen to have it on hand)
Top to 1.75 gallons w/ AJ

Well, I threw caution to the wind and brewed this up today! I followed my recipe as written, ended up with an OG of 1.06, and it’s currently in the fermentation chamber at 66 degrees. Very excited to see how the dark DME and bochet honey play out!
