Hey y'all I have been brewing with a buddy of mine in San Marcos, home of Texas State University, for about a year now. We have not ventured out into the creative aspects of brewing by creating or tinkering (purposefully) any recipes. However, we have been steadily improving our methods and that has lead to more quality and consistent beers. I am new at posting and viewing forums. I am looking forward to learning on the job through everyone's knowledge, and I am grateful for it. Drink 'em up!!
