Has this been done? Hoping to get an orange flavor from the yeast. No temp control for this one. Only concern are the current temp swings in NE Ohio. High 40s overnight to low 90s during the day. Temps have not been that drastic in a single day but over the past week. 5 gallons to the keg batch. Hopefully it will be drinkable.
