Just wanted to share this picture here because the color tickles me. If anyone is curious about the details of this cider, I will share happily.

If you got a receipe it would be greatly appreciated. Or at the least some details. The wife would love this!
 
It was fairly simple, 5 gallons of preservative free cider, heated (not boiled) and added 2 cups of brown sugar, cooled and for this particular one I used mangrove Jacks cider yeast which I highly recommend... after fermenting to completion, I added 3lbs of strawberries and 3lbs of blueberries which had been frozen then thawed to room temp to a secondary and racked on top. I let that go for two weeks and kegged. After drinking a gallon or so I ended up adding a can of concentrate to backsweeten, if it's for the misses I do recommend that last part
 
I'm not so sure about the head, it's a source of much irritation for me.... the other beers on tap are appropriately carbonated, yet this one is super carbonated/foamy, not sure which
 
Looks good! I might try something like that next summer for an easy one. What do you think your alcohol level is?
