Has anyone used on e of these yet? If so, what did you do as a first beer into it? I'm thinking of just increasing the batch size of the American Strong that I'm doing as a second beer for my Bourbon Barrel. I did an Extra Foreign Oatmeal Stout as the first beer into that one. Perhaps doing a barleywine in the smaller barrel would be better? Only problem is I've not found a barleywine that I like, so I don't have a clone recipe in mind.
