Has anyone ever used a clear fermenting strain then blended with a beer fermented with a traditional strain.
I’m going to do an apple cider braggot and wanted to ferment the mead portion with skare to cut down the aging needed for higher abv portion. Then use an English strain for the wort. I’m look get some typical English characteristics. Any thoughts
