I've searched for something pertaining to this exact theory, but found nothing precise.

I have some Cry Havoc yeast, and I want to brew an Alt. Has anybody thought of doing a split batch, fermenting at the high/low end of the fermentation range, and blending the result?

I'll probably do the split batch thing, and just for fun throw a blend into a gallon jug and see what happens.

Slainte mates, :mug:
