1st home brew that I got to bottle. Didn’t get any gravity readings so not sure of ABV%. Bit on the sweet side, hopefully will mellow with time.

New to home brewing, just starting. Didn't get any readings, will get more in depth the longer I brew :)

I've only bottled 2 gals so new brewer too. I put a pound of BB in the primary (1 gal) and added BB flavoring afterward since 1 pound didn't give enough of a kick. Was one of 3 first batches of mead, no fancy nutrients just raisins.
Looks awesome.

The color of that is awesome. I recently did my first batch of mead during a beer hiatus and chose blackberry as a flavor add. I used 3 pints of pure raw clover honey and just one normal sized box of blackberries in the primary. I did crush my berries and soak them in sugar for 2 days before brew day(?). I got none of the color and a slightly tart blackberry flavor
