After a day of brewing with my new pot I soaked about 8 gallons of hot water and oxi clean inside with rest of brewing equipment. Washed smaller equipment first then let it soaked for another 2 hours. Tried scrubbing stain out. Not having any luck. Any suggestion or ideas? Or should I not be concerned? This should not be a problem on my next home brew?

Aluminum will do that. You'll hear it commonly called 'seasoning'. You want that layer built up so your wort doesn't come in direct contact with the Al. I'm not exactly sure but I don't think you want to use Oxi on aluminum. I'm sure someone that brews with Al will chime in.
