Cant seem to fine a supplier for grapes other than the super market, im wondering what sort of wine Black Seedless Grapes would make fermented on the skins? I like reds over white's.

they are half price at the moment and im considering buying a few kilo's if they make an alright wine.

Wondering if it would be a strong red or a light red like a Rose?

Cheers

Not an expert when it comes to grapes (or many other things if truth be told) but table grapes do not have the same levels of sugar or flavor that wine grapes have. You may be very disappointed with the final flavor - not least because those grapes are likely to be picked a while before they are fully ripe. But that said, it's the grape skins that make any wine red. The longer you macerate on the skins the deeper the red color will be. Press the grapes and remove the skins and you wine will be white.
