Black IPA today need help

I am trying to get a beer cloned I like and I emailed the brewery earlier this week, they said they would send me something Friday....They must of got tied up I still have not received it, so I need some help on how to schedule these hops in the 60 min boil. I can buy more for dry hoping if I have to but I would like to use these today

I am sitting on the following hops all one ounce

Glacier 4.9
warrior 15.6
Columbus 13.4
summit 17.6
cascade4.8

For what it's worth, I'd bitter with the warrior
.5 Columbus at 15
.5 summit at 10
.5 both at 5
Glacier and cascade at FO
More cascade DH
