Steeping grains, 9lbs dark LME, chocolate and cherry purée and safale 04 liquid yeast starter. Started this on 5/24 with an OG of 1.072, high for a stout, but that's okay. Currently, the brew is reading 1.020 and it's only been 2 days! The fermentation was incredibly vigorous initially, now a bubble every 5-6 seconds.. I'm adding the purée in a few days, which I assume will reactivate some of the yeast.
