bitterness

well after 2 weeks its super close to fg 1.018 and when i checked it last at 1.022 it tasted realy good, now it has a bitter aftertaste. its an octoberfest ale using a wyeast german ale yeast. will this go away i really wanted another week in fermenter 3 weeks total

Patience. Carbonated beer tastes different than flat beer. Mature beer tastes different than green beer at two weeks.
