Hey everyone. I am still kinda new to the designing recipe game but I was using BeerCalc. and Ray Daniels book Designing Great Beers to come up with this English Bitter-Hybrid recipe. Let me know what you think!

7.0 lbs Muntons Light Dry Malt Extract
12 oz Simpsons medium crystal (crushed)
8 oz Belgian Biscuit (crushed)
4 oz German Vienna (crushed)

Steep grains at 150-155 for 1 hour

Add 3 lbs DME at boil and 2.0 oz Fuggles Pellet
Add 4 lbs DME with 15 minutes left/ Irish Moss
Add 1.0 oz Challenger with 10 minutes left

Chill and add Wyeast 1968 London ESB

SPECS:

39.6 IBU
5.1 ABV
11 SRM
OG 1.055 FG 1.017

THANKS!
