I brewed and kegged up a 5 gallon batch of IPA and it is incredibly bitter. Can I open the keg and dump some agave nectar in to make it drinkable? Has anyone done anything like this? I used 1oz of simcoe at 60min, 1oz of chinook at 45min, and 1oz of cascade at 5min.

The agave nectar will ferment, but if you add it to the glass or add it to the keg and drink quickly it may balance out the bitterness a little.
Or, you can just age the beer more and let the hops and bitterness fade.
