Bitten!

Whelp! I was bitten! By the brewing bug, that is! I started independently studying this college course I found online and one of the chapters/lessons covered making mead. I made a practice 2 liter batch per the college text that is still bubbling away. In the process, my husband has been reinfected with the desire to brew his own beer. Since I am a SAHM, I figured it's worth it for me to learn how to make beer too! There's a local brewmaster who has all the equipment available to get us started making our first batch, but I want to learn the basics first before I spend $$ where they are not needed.
