Hi everyone! I am looking to get into homebrew and will be brewing my first beer by the end of the year.
I have decided to model my first beer after the Biscoff cookie.
Has anyone ever tried that, or know a recipe that could get me close? Going for sweet, all the spice, caramel, malty flavors.

seems to be the trend now days! and Welcome! :mug:

i mean seriously, if i wanted a cookie brew like that i would use enough malt to convert them, backsweeten with malt syrup? something like that...

You've reminded me of this:

But I wouldn't recommend it for a first brew. Those strong ales still give me trouble once in a while.

Maybe the Quad / Strong Ales 'little brother', the Belgian dubbel?
